Your job is to say to yourself on a job interview does the hiring manager likes me or not. If you aren't a particular manager's cup of tea, you haven't failed -- you've dodged a bullet.

I haven't quite got over Sunaks meal discount.
Although the sentiments behind it may have been honourable, the very idea of government issuing "meal deals" is quite extraordinary.

I have consistently said the governments handling of the Covid 19 has been a shambles. The idea that relaxing the lockdown would be like the end of war simply hasn't happened - town centres are as flat as anything. Something needs to be done to stimulate activity in the hospitality sector. I quite like the idea tbh.

That photo of starmer today was hilarious! It was up there with Ed eating bacon, brown calling that old woman names and kinnock falling in the sea lmao

Not a good day for the champagne socialists.

Labour could go bust due to the claims against them and in typical labour style, starmer gives an utterly embarassing tv interview.

And labour is back where it belongs in the polls lmao

Coupled with Mr Johnson being very open and honest that he too can see mistakes were made with Covid (with the benefit of hindsight) it seems all the lunatic lefties have scuttled under their rocks. They will be back soon I am sure, probably complaining about the lack of atmosphere on the moon or water in the desert, and it will all be Boris's fault.

They are simply going to have to accept that socialism is rediculous. Quite why anyone would want to 'achieve' what socialism stands for is beyond me. Without aspiration and achievement we wouldn't have a society. There will always be haves and have nots. The Politics of envy will never work.

You keep saying this in such a simplistic manner that it's hard to take you seriously.
The NHS is socialism.
Government provision of education is socialism.
The roads you drive on are socialist.

You are touched by the government controlling the means of production or distribution every day but pretend that it doesn't exist. Whilst also simultaneously pretending that Labour would extend the balance of our mixed economy in some unprecedented or outrageous way.

You still have a lot of growing up to do unfortunately.

You have a concept that 'growing up' means becoming a socialist, I feel sorry for you. Ghost of 1899...

No, it means not living in a black and white internet world when reality is not clear cut and where people who pretend, loudly, that they know what they are talking about are soon found out in business and in life.

You make me laugh, assuming you know my experience of business and life, but I guess you don't have much else to do, other than make up a picture in your mind of who I might be and what I might have (or it seems, in your head, not) achieved.
Sad, pathetic but keep going, so long as it gives you a reason to wake up every day.

That two words you would never associate with Johnson “open and honest”. He is without doubt the most dishonest and untrustworthy member of Parliament and he is up against a lot of competition. I suppose if this is the type of person you want to run the country then you are more gullible than I thought and believe me I thought you were gullible.
