TJ getting played out of games by that useless centre at Catalans.

Yes that guy is garbage, like most of their french players. On the upside it keeps him out of any game involvement whatsoever and there less chance of an injury :D :D

Agree it's been really grim lately. Since I knew he was coming back I've gone out of my way to watch Catalans games and the first couple he got through plenty of work but they still weren't getting him the ball in attacking positions. Since then it's just gotten worse, he's hardly seeing the ball full stop. IMO he doesn't look like he's enjoying it atm. He's practically a spectator apart from the carries from deep. It's the same with their other winger Davies, no wonder their both coming back to Blighty.

Maybe they might be interested in a swap deal with Franco.

Not only that but their full back Morgue can’t pass or create space for toffee. He had a 3 on 1 with TJ a pass and he was down the wing and he just runs into Hardaker. Catalans have some serious issues in the middle passing too. Criminal having 2 class wingers and not getting them a single ball on the wing or a good attacking kick.

They must be paying Tommy Makinson a huge wedge to tempt him over there . However if he is watching their games this season I bet he is wondering what he is letting himself in to.

Think were the last fans to start picking fault with the backs of any S L team after the crap we had in our last few years in S L

But we are talking about this season and Catalans/TJ and to be fair it’s on the mark.

This isn’t a topic on Trinity backs of previous seasons.

Why can't we pick fault, it's just another televised SL game. I wouldn't normally be bothered about Catalans but because we've bought TJ back as well as McMeekan I started paying them more attention and it's just a big head-scratcher, that they seriously underuse their wingers this season, they didn't last year though so it makes it more strange.

Even at our worst, we at least tried to use our wingers, even though they weren't anywhere near as good as TJ and Davies. Plus it's not really a like-for-like comparison between us & Catalans, they spend one of the most in the league and we were at the other end. We never had any problems feeding the likes of TJ and BJB when they had Tupou and Lyne on form inside them..

All good teams come to an end, and it looks like Catalans are coming to the end of a decent spell at the club , departures come the season end and it does look like some of the French recruits aren’t up to speed with the game. For me their overseas signing have been poor with only Ikuvalu having a decent run of form ,the likes of Taukeiaho being non existent and Bailey Sironen looks like a Temu version of his brother Curtis , whilst Satae looks like he’s still at Hull and where the hell has Manu Ma’u gone to . Big changes ahead I’m sure
