I fully agree, we pay good money to see the best players and I certainly would like both teams to be as strong as possible. I think the game on GF will show all the intensity of a WCC and we want to see more of those contests.

Cant wait to play this busted flush on Good Friday. They are miles behind us now. I wouldn't take one of their players to add to ours. Not even for the bench. I see the hunchback hype man went missing again last night as he did for England in the WC. Some superstar him. Field and French on one leg any day of the week. Yesterdays news.

I watched quite a bit of the game. They’re still a dangerous side but it must be a tough watch week in week out. It’s all biff and bash up the middle and hope Clark/Welsby/Dodd can produce a moment of magic. They’ll be there or thereabouts for every trophy IMO but I think the title of ‘The Entertainers’ has long since gone.

Yea not 100% we’d win however watching last night take the red card out Saints just did enough it looked like. They are a shadow of their former selves. They use to be relentless in defence and could make meters for fun. First time I’ve watched saints this year not sure if it’s a coaching issue or players but the older players look to be showing their age and the bench looked a little light, remind me of when we had young Byrne, smithies and Harvard in the bench. I’m sure they’ll get better as will

I agree we underestimate them at our peril. Saints will be thereabouts when it comes to handing the cups out.
