I went to a Quiz last week and one of the questions was how many interchanges are now allowed in Rugby League in Super League, the answer given was 10,is that correct ?

Did Richard Osman state that the answers were correct as of 2018?

I'd like to see it cut to 6 or even 4.

It would still allow 'wrecking ball' interchanges, but he'd get found out and the team would pay the price if he couldn't put in a decent shift.
