What will de Pfeffel do if Starmer confirms he will resign if handed a fixed penalty notice. This is why the likes of the member from the 17th century didn’t want this outcome and then what if no fine is imposed it just highlights what some of us already knew what de Pfeffel was.

Starmer is gambling his own chance to become PM for the benefit of the country by highlighting what a corrupt, dishonourable and dishonest de Pfeffel government we currently have and not all are the same.
