Main stand is making rapid cosmetic progress too - lots of cladding on now.

Cladding going on first is standard procedure for this type of structure
Insulation and block work will be built between the steelwork in relatively weatherproof conditions

Wonder if there’s time scale contract on the build because they seem to be putting in the hours.

I must say, it's great to be back on that Western Terracing again.

Ground really taking shape now.

North stand looks nearly ready to go, safety barriers to be added and that will be signed of I guess for the first game.

I noticed on the new stand in the north/east corner, where the crane was, there is work ongoing with some concrete pillars so looks like there is work there prepping for the terracing to go on.

a lot of people mentioned with the grazed knees of some players. seems like the grass isn't fully grown yet to act as a cusion. logical really with the weather, not the best time for grass growing!

Yep, the grass will start to grow again mid march I'd have thought. I'm told that the grass will not be fully established until October when to root system will be complete. Then it should in theory not thin out in winter.

Stood there myself yesterday for the first time in many years. The view was not that bad but some small people were having difficulty and it would be no good for anyone with kids.
However when viewing the ground from there with the new pitch and the floodlights on it looked really good.

I heard this morning from a reliable source (yes I know) that details of a new money raising being considered. The buy a brick with additional features. No details yet regarding the price or features, but although I have bought into the recent share scheme, if the brick scheme happens, then I will be considering the bricks for the extended family.
