You will not be alone in that mate. Some of the bu**ers even insist on wearing their 'northern colours while cheering for us. (btw im a Northerner myself ) They revert back to their own team when we play them though.

At least it's a newspaper that has our name in BIG LETTERS after our win even if the context is wrong. Publicity is always welcome shame only the Guardian amongst all of the other dailies picked up and wrote about the game.

It appears that this could be one area of active recruitment policy for the club...there must be thousands of northerners in the London area, no? Anyone ever heard of a hunting ground for northern expats living down here? A TNT for the northerner?
