Have to say the way the club have treated McDonnell in not giving him a chance to play since his injury and trying to end his contract early resulting in a court case may now work against the club in trying to attract Australian players.

They gave him the chance to prove his fitness at Doncaster, but he refused (allegedly).

He was also supposed to have been close to playing against Featherstone in the friendly apparently.Seems someone was telling porkies.
Radford made it plain before the season even started Shaul was going to be full back and McDonnell wasnt going to get a look in.

Probably depends on how serious the injury was, or how much you hate Radford.

Tuson didnt play pre-season and missed the first 3 games but didnt have to go to Donny to get match fit.Same with Carvell who was in and out of the side like a yoyo.Both Radford signings though.
