I'm not interested in trying to pick out some positive points. He is a professional rugby player not a child that needs encouragement. On balance he simply isn't good enough to be our starting centre when we have players with far more talent waiting for their chance.
But then I remember you saying that players have families and we can't risk upsetting their delicate sensibilities ( by discussing on a forum that is designed for that very purpose) so shall I also pick out Russell's positive points or will you leave your imaginary world temporarily to concede he perhaps isn't brilliant either?
