What’s the issue, if anything it puts a hard deadline on him leaving a legacy. If he wants to win anything, it’s in the next 18 months. The following two years will be him as an assistant, which won’t suit his ego, so he will want to leave here a winner and force his reputation on the NRL.

Good news. I would have thought we would have had him marked down as a possible recruit but not bothered about the detail. A step in the right direction.
