Halifax have signed keith senior

Heard that one the other week, after he'd been spotted at The Shay, when all he was doing was watching his mate Luke Ambler play

While its possible he could sign, I Won't believe it until he steps over the white line in the Blue and White.

It would make sense for all parties. We have a major shortage of quality centres and Senior will be wanting to get back to SL so this is a good way to prove hes up to it.

He was in Des Clark's hospitality box at the game v Dewsbury along with Gibbo. This is the third time in two weeks I've heard this rumour. Question is; could we afford him? He wouldn't be cheap.

He tweeted someone who asked is there any truth behind the rumours of him signing for Fax & he replied none at all. Senior won't come to fax, he'll probably go to someone like Cas as they're struggling.

Ye I can't see it happening, and why would we need to bring him in anyway? We've got two centres who are more than capable of holding their position and Heaton won't be too far off returning..?

Would rather we sign a young lad on loan like Jimmy Keinhorst from Leeds Rhinos. Keinhorst and a few of the Rhinos U20s like Chisholm, Ward etc have been putting in great performances and not getting too much first team action if any. Senior wont be near match fit, will come with an attitude and a big wage. We dont want or need Senior.

A few years ago when Freddie went to Saints Fax were hotly tipped to be the ones to sign Keith to replace him but it didn't happen.
It would have been good then but not now I think.

I for one think he could a job for us even if it's only short term. Keith could bring a lot of experience and talent. Like the posts before but can we afford him? I would welcome him on board

He could flog his Championship Winners Medal on ebay to help subsidise his wages (after helping us win the thing!)

i would love to see him at the Shay for a season. Undoubted quality and experience.
