The dual registration system allows the two teams to theoretically share the players. So even though Emmitt played and scored for Saints at the weekend he may still be available for Leigh in their next game should Saints not wish to include him in their 18 man squad.

Dual registration means amongst other thing the parent club ie: super league clubs can call back their players at 24 hours notice, just confirms its all weighted in favour of super league.

No, only one team per week as the team that play on Sunday have to put in their teamsheets on Friday and they wouldnt know if he was available.

I think you'll find that their respective Super League clubs will have told Millward that they weren't available for the cup matches. Leigh won't have had any say in the matter.
