Not sure they are even good, Bibbey the back that plays every week for Wigan and noone even notices.. seems like another plodder to me! I guess exciting backs are for other clubs, we just like ones that can tackle, never score and do the 'hard yards'. We have enough of those already thanks!

You are harsh on bibby he is a good player who has been playing centre and not getting the opportunities that field French and Marshall have . I agree though would love us to have a flyer to play on the wing

Most Wigan fans are not bothered by Bibby leaving. He played in the Salford team when Watson was coach there.
You do seem to have a lot of centres and most folk expect Wardle to leave. Any news of that front?

I’m thinking bibby is more cover for the wing as we don’t really have much cover in that position, other than Jerry and senior we have naiqama and golding has been covering there but he’s not really a winger.
Three years is one too many for me, two was probably enough.
I can see why wigan aren’t bothered- they have bevan and Marshall.
A solid enough player in a good wigan side- but he’s not a strike player- and strike is what we are missing.

He is being paid a small fortune by Huddersfield. He isn't going to be a squad player. He is a dependable enough player and you won't hear a bad word about him from any Wigan fan but he is just a steady Eddie really. Fantastic commitment though and he was sublime under Watson at Salford.
