The amount of money raised from that Facebook group in a short space of time has been phenomenal. It just shows what a dedicated fan base can achieve when they put their minds to it.

There's another couple of groups knocking about trying to raise funds too, and then there's the work Vasty is doing on here. Imagine the impact if all these fans could come together in one group and all pull in the same direction? The difference it would make to the club could be off the scale. The RWBA group is showing it's possible.

Keep your eyes pealed for the last part of the trilogy (shares and the Trinity Times) in the new year.

We are currently working on a fairly radical initiative that will hopefully allow fans to support the club at whatever level they feel comfortable in ways they never thought possible.

Sounds good. Looking forward to it.

Thanks, it's definitely taken off in a big way and from a small supporter base (compared to some other teams) the numbers that we have achieved over a small idea has been amazing to see. I spent £1050 in the shop last week for the draws, have spent a further £470 on Wednesday this week and will probably hit another grand by the time the shop closes for Xmas next Saturday. That's close to £2.5k in a few weeks. I'm hoping to release some further news / interviews with the shop team regarding the impact that we have had on their year on year figures in the not too distant future as well.

In terms of the group contributing together, I'm happy to leave things individually as things stand. It's not saying I want to compete with the others and see who can raise the most, I just know that everyone has their own identity and should be able to gain the acknowledgement of that. I am sure we will all work together collaboratively in the future though as it does make sense.
