I agree the clock should be turned off with 2 mins to go to prevent anything like this happening.

Just a little aside though, I thought it would have been a drop out at the end of the game and with only around 20 secs left to play according to the clock there would not have been time to take it anyway?

I suspect that Bradford would have gone for another more composed play rather than the rushed one they had to do!

Surely it should be turned off for the last minute and half, such as at Salford.

If it was the other way round some of our posters would be going nuts.

The clock goes off at wigan about 3 mins before the end of each half.

But surely the argument was they had more time than they thought they had, not the other way round?

If the clock had gone to 0:00 and they gone high risk thinking time was up and they then found out there was 20 or 30 seconds remaining I would agree with you. I thought Newton was moaning like a bitch because the hooter blew when the clock said there was still time for the drop out to be taken.
