It’s a risk but we don’t need to be forced into a knee jerk reaction. We need to get this signing right and probably more than any position take our time.

FWIW I suppose that what winds me up is that in the past you've been a really interesting poster. I've rarely agreed with you but you've always seemed fair and reasonably knowledgeable, but now you just seem to have a real downer on the club. Shame because there are plenty of those about, being negative is is easy.

You use expressions such as boring, tedious, turnstiles and half a player not me.

Every new player we sign and the new coach who signs them needs and deserves our support, why anyone would think otherwise is a mystery to me.

As the saying goes, you can only play what’s in front of you, well imho you can only support what’s in front of you, what are the options. Those running the club and the team do their best, they don’t deliberately get it wrong,

I'd say HB is the ultimate confidence position. Any HB who has a decent WC will be just that, right time to sign one.
