I don’t think we need Langi, he is either a centre or back rower and he would take up the quota spot.

You would assume both Nene and Ferguson come with big salaries , do we gamble with our back line staying fit and go all out for a top class forward and a mediocre/ untested back

I think we need a big rough pack leader , we can afford to pay top dollar , but is one available , I truly hope so , I’m sure Derek and Lammy and Chessy won’t let us down , they have come to far to fail , I’m sure the fans will back their judgement , but we need to show our intent of a plan .

Martin Taupau who is at Manly is still unsigned for this coming season. A guy with plenty experience.

Freeing of cap space and a quota place is an interesting one. Shame to see Fergy leave, wanted to see him have a crack at Super League with us, but these things happen.

I’m sure the club will move to use the quota spot in the best way they can. I trust Chester and Lam.

Saving grace in some respects it’s not mid season and scrambling for a player, player welfare always number 1 priority and by his own admission he has struggled in his past. Enjoyed it while it lasted as he is a genuine superstar. Onwards and Upwards

If the world cup is anything to go by, youve dodged a bullet with Nene. I dont think I have ever seen such a poor tackler. You cant get away with that in SL
