Warrington Wolves Break Leigh Leopards Hearts By Snatching Win
After putting the Rhinos to the sword in round seven, you could find few people who would back against a similar scoreline at the felidae versus canidea encounter between the Wolves and the Leopards which took place on a round eight Saturday afternoon at the Halliwell-Jones.

A Wolves win by twenty-three or more points would see them back above St Helens to the top of the table, at least for a couple of hours until the Dragons played Hull KR in the south of France, while a win for ninth placed Leigh would at least give them some breathing space to the bottom of the table, but it would still leave them four points adrift of eighth placed Leeds Rhinos.

The bookies were predicting a twelve-point win for the home side but in doing so were giving some credit to a Leopards side who are improving week on week but not getting the league points that their efforts deserve.

Title should read. Warrington Wolves Break Leigh Leopards Hearts By Snatching Win from a blatant Matty Ashton Knock on for their last try.
If Lammy had thrown some decent balls around we would have won that to be honest. Have to look at ourselves before complaining about the opposition.

Nevertheless that knock on should've been spotted

Calm down Roy, Lokie wasn't the reason we lost that game.

Also.............

If Dwyer doesn't scoot for a glory try and passes it out to his left instead, there is an overlap to win that game, and if Benny Mac gets that pass over to Hanley we win. All ifs & buts eh Roy?

i mean, if we're doing this, we should have had a handover for an incorrect play the ball by charnley in the 79th minute which would have set us up nicely 20m out

That 79th minute would've been different though wouldn't it? 8)
