My understanding of Constructive Dismissal is a case where you are placed in another role or place of work, resulting in your salary or wage being lowered, the outcome means you seek alternative employment. Don't believe this is the case for McDonnel???

That's just 1 of many examples of constructive dismissal. Without knowing the details, it may prove an interesting test case if/when it finally gets to court. Given his spell over here (both clubs), you do wonder what his motivation for playing the game in the 1st place really is.

I wish it was effecting signings. I'd be a little concerned that its affecting them though.
