We can't play as badly as we did against them at the LSV (though I do think the score line did do us a slight injustice)


Wakefield were kept in check by Leeds until they lost Miller and the spine lost it's shape nonetheless they are a solid squad and outfit of players.


We nearly lost to Huddersfield in the last 20 but have beaten Trinity at theirs in the CC.


I'm not confident, especially with it being televised but I'm prepared to be happily surprised following the break.

I'm still not sold on McIntosh, he looked slower that the footage of Billy Boston that was shown at half time, he has an air of the too casual about him but he went well today.

A tough game that today, and a great win in the end, and well deserved imo. we're still trying to find our feet, and I think  Once we do get a chance to do that , and we get a settled 17, we will be hard to beat.

Massive win yesterday imo and Catalan game also massive going into a very tough run of fixtures.


Big Joe was the best player on the field for me.

Major concerns over out interchange bench and the lack of quality. 2 nasty props and a half back needed.


Id be looking to offload Charnely and Dwyer if not playing. Personally i like them both but if we can get them off the cap with their wage it would help us even more with recruitment. 

Best result since round 1 imo. Excellent from the starting pack, halves and back 3. The defence in the centre positions and bench look like they need improvement, the latter should be helped with O'Neill coming back, which gives us Trout, Mulhern and Joffa to rotate in the front row.
