Can this spark the club back into life? I am not the only fan who has become disillusioned with the club and the sport in recent times. I embraced the move to the new stadium but slowly my enthusiasm has disappeared. The last few months I have gone to games out of habit.
What happened today was incredible. The fans travelled in numbers and gave great backing, the players somehow overcome so much adversity and the celebrations at the end were amazing.
Can this breath life back into the club? There are so many of my friends who are either casual supporters or are football fans with only a passing interest in rugby league who watched the game on tv today. Everyone is now talking about our great club again in a positive way.
This is an opportunity I thought we would never have, Marwan please learn from all your mistakes and make 2017 a memorable season for Salford RLFC.
100% agree with all that, I must have had 40 text messages from non salford fans when I finally got myself of the ceiling. Let's hope this is a catalyst.
