If we could get him fit then why not, he is without a club so it would be a buyers market and think its pretty much excepted that we are light one big front rower so a 1 year desl with an option for more couldn't hurt.

Would we even have any space for him? Who out of Patten, Moon, Holdsworth, McPherson, Nero, Paleaaesina and Anderson doesn't count as non-Federation trained?

Have we had confirmation that McPherson is quota? If he'd already signed a contract with Crusaders shouldn't he have been given off-quota dispensation like the rest of their players were?

I'm sure Luke Patten mentioned on his Twitter last night asking for a club to take a chance on him as "he is a good player, and an even better guy"
