How many plays did he kill on Saturday?
I dont think he has changed his game that much, just those around him that have and looked like a different palyer to last year.
I really think he comes in for some harsh critisisim that others seem toget away with.
No complaints about anyone this week other than Ryan Hall who has admitted that his hands were sewn on backwards /s
Coming off the bench suits him. Opposition pack is starting to tire after 30 mins and the expansive side of his game can be really effective in getting the ball to the edges. His pass to Lumb to get him clear down the left in the second half was a thing of beauty. I was keen that Smith should fight for his place in the team via the reserves when he first came back, but we are beyond that now. He's back, and back with a clear role to play, which is credit to Arthur and Langley.
