If you are picking players on form Batchelor is well ahead of KPP.
Then again Mik is well ahead of Cooper and Hill.

Mcilorum at hooker with no hooker on the bench looks weird to me as does playing cooper at all.

No idea what we do if a back gets injured

Willbe a more varied team over the next year or two when (hopefully) the old players will b replaced by younger ones.

Newman would make the team in a year or two. Mik should make an appearance in later rounds this year. Gannon probably a year or two away. Still actually think Holroyd is a chance for England if he can stay fit long enough. Would be great to see a handful of Leeds players at the next World Cup.

I was very pessimistic about our chances, but we looked good yesterday, and Samoa looked poor, and Australia rusty. I'm sure they'll be a different proposition in 4 weeks time

I think the draw is kind on us, so we should go ok.
