He was really affected when Rob announced his illness. And he's had plenty of injuries (usually at the wrong time when there's a chance to play) that have affected his mental health. From a personal point of view, I really hope he makes it. It wasnt easy for him to walk away from the game, but the club saw enough in his ability to leave the door open. He's got 2 years to prove himself and cement that place
