This whole marquee thing is a farce and we should be scrapping it, rather than increasing it. Back to set salary cap, and that’s it. We have no players who should be marquee, and none moving forward. I’m finding it a bit annoying how some players are so over rated on here, and others given most harsh criticism. Let’s look at what players actually offer, how many minutes they play, rather than just perpetual potential!

The cap has played to the bottom rung of the ladder for decades and its not been good.
The increase in NRL just makes it harder.

We just dont have the quality over here. SL ahoukd drop to 10 teams and split the 3xtra money between those on top of the other stuff img are coming up with.

With the right incentives we might see a genuine push at advancing the homegrown players and then less but more intense games which will help the international front too, imo ofc
