| Quote The Avenger="The Avenger"I’m sure that’s as close to 100% correct as we’ll ever get, at least until ME tests it out for real.
I have one question though regarding capacity
The old stand sat central to the pitch, maybe covering 50 metres (25m either side of the half way line.
Let’s say that stand or a modern stand of similar size would hold 2,000 spectators. Thats the equivalent of 1000 spectators for every 25m. A RL pitch runs 100m with an extra 20 metres either end of the terracing = 120 metres.
That ratio would equal 4,800 spectators on the West side of the stadium should we want to?'"
There was a stand there in the 60.s could it help ?

Hadn’t really considered hospitality but you’re right, it is important. Bigger capacity isn’t always better though is it - if we can get ours up to 11,000 and fill it regularly it’ll be a stunner.
Think at present our hospitality as reached its limit .If we become one of the top 4 teams, There could be a good case to have hospital in a other part of the ground as well as the crowd gets larger Bloody hell what are they serving?

Yes, definitely them and they certainly must be doing something right; there's a write-up is talking about how Alf and his wife, Clare Ellis, started the business in 1982 and moved to South Kirkby, etc. My old company was on the same industrial estate, and, amazingly, there must be about 10 companies in that list that are based on that relatively small industrial estate in South Kirkby. They're ranked 6th, with just Card Factory and some foreign-owned conglomerates like TEVA Pharmaceuticals, HARIBO and then that Gaming company Team17 who invented the game Worms above them. https://www.wakefieldfirst.com/media/mpznavz3/wakefieldtop100.pdf
