| Stuart Fielden on a one month loan would be a good signing

Both, we get an experienced forward and wigan get a fitter one at the end of it. Bargain. Besides i think he may be down the pecking order at Wigan.

| I'd rather give one of our own a shirt than a has been like Fielden.
He'll be down the pecking order at Wigan for good reason.

| Think he was injured for most of 2011, so he could use this loan to prove himself, just like what Amor and Kirmond have done.

| Fielden will be 33 this year, wrong time of life to be proving himself.
I'd rather see one of our youngsters provelves with their whole career in front of them.
FWIW in my view we have enough depth to go into the season.

| I'd rather see Kyle Trout given more chances than a busted has-been like Fielden, particularly after watching what he did with his opportunity today.

Well you wouldn't be you if you didn't find something to worry about, glass half full and all that.
We have 7 props in the squad, Amor, Wilkes, Johnson, Raleigh (and yes he see's himself as a prop), James and Trout and Spiers for emergency. How many do you need!
Come on fella, worry about it when or even if it happens.

Very true Trout had a good game today. Without taking anything away from the lad there wasn't much oppostion from the Cas' forwards though was there. Amor was head and shoulders above any forward on the field for my money.
I was extremely pleased with todays performance, the backs worked well and the style of rugby was good. Let's not kid ourselves though that all teams will be as soft as Cas were today in the forwards.
I don't think it's unreasonable to suggest another prop, if for no other reason than to introduce such as Trout and Spiers when we want to and not when we have to. That's what the top clubs do and it works for them.
Turning away from the forwards the halfbacks were good and young John nearly made the ideal start with a great break - good things to come from him I think!
