Good signing for Wire that. He is after all an excellent player, but already at 30 years of age. Just adding to there huge rebuilding process IMO.

That's Morley, Briers, Monaghan and Hodgson, four key players that make Wire tick that will need replacing in 2 years time. Plus a few others, and now Waterhouse.

Great team this year and next year. But beyond that it doesn't look as rosy. You only have to look at ourselves from a few years back or Leeds at present to know how hard it is to recover from losing a plethora of key players all at the same time.

He's a cracking player Watts. I think he's been injured a fair amount this year which has restricted his game time.

I agree.... he also seems to have fallen out of favour with JM, much to some of the fans frustration.

It would appear JM has a core of players he is unwilling to drop under any circumstances.... and a core of players he will leave out at the drop of a hat... Watts would appear to fall into the second category.

After this incident a move to another club could be what he needs to get himself straight.

I've only just looked on the KR site now to see what they've been suspended for. Needless to say Watt's won't be driving himself to training for a while.



In all seriousness it's very stupid and dangerous thing to do. The last straw for Cockayne at Hull KR I would have thought.

The list or sportsmen who've been given a second chance is as long as my arm but very few get a third chance. Really can't see anywhere else for him to go now. I can see him being in prison within the next few years.
