Interesting hearing Josh Charley saying he'd like to finish his career at Wigan, when discussing his future during the On the Bench podcast. Maybe wishful thinking on his part, more so than anything being on offer.
If we could keep Wade (whose salary would count 50% on the cap) or get Charley for the same cost, I'd be going with the latter but it's unlikely to be that straightforward.
I found that strange really. A current Leigh player basically coming out in public admitting to wanting to join his current team's biggest rival. Wonder what Leigh fans think of that
Depends if he's under or been offered a contract for next season.If he's not part of Leigh's plans for next season he might as well aim high if he still thinks he can do a job
