Heard today that at the end of the season our recruiting will be slightly different to last years where we bought as many forwards as we possibly could and the odd back on a one in one out basis.

Apparently we will be releasing all our backs (apart from Langi who will be moved to second row) and running a full-time 26 man squad made up entirely of props and second rows.

Degsy already in talks with EVERY championship club with regard to buying the complete coaching and backroom staff from every team in the league. #LTID

I don't understand why the majority are saying we have too many on the coaching team. If the next step (should we retain SL status) is an academy. Who coaches that? Is it not better to have people already in a position to take those duties up!

Don't know what KC's role is. Ando was quoted as being future reserve coach when it comes back.You certainly need some quality to run an academy,can't rely on community coaches to take that role on..

Out of curiosity,who would replace him? Is one coach enough to run an academy? Please by all means enlighten me..I have no understanding of how a academy is run. You obviously do.

Just said Alan Colman is a good local coach and could do well with academy kids.
