Well, I don't bet (apart from an annual flutter on the Grand National) but I certainly give Wire a chance. HKR are obviously favourites, but Wire look a different team in cup games. Much depends on how George Williams goes, but the noises from within the club seem positive, so fingers crossed. It's a blow not having Matty Ashton available, but we still have enough weapons to hurt them, especially if Dufty is at his best. We just need to conjure up one of those displays where we hit hard, scramble like mad, and basically defend as though our lives depend on it.

A half fit Williams will have to be rested at some time as I would be surprised if he could play the full 80 minutes and the Robins know so will bide their time waiting for the inevitable to happen and fully exploit it.

I remember the days when the council gave us an open top parade even when we lost at Wembley with Dessie addressing the crowd "myyy people".
That was when we had Maggie's Community Charge money to spend, these days everything from the council gets cut back. 
Maybe we had better lose because it might put Warrington council in the red if they have to fork out for an open top parade. 

King and Tai are awful for holding their lines so KR are going to be all over that Saturday. Overlaps galore.
