Just like that survey they sent out. Where not much gets done.
They got a new big screen (it is constantly seconds behind the play though)
Clothing - items constantly out of stock so you give up trying to buy anything. O’Neills have not been a good supplier no matter what the club may say.
Food and drink offered is still poor, and pricing still too high.
Sound system - whoever did that job seems to have done nothing.
Stadium is still dirty and rusty, and some areas like the toilets really showing their age now.
It all contributes into how much we bring in, which affects recruitment.
The common theme here is these are all things we have spoke to the club about at forums or surveys and to me it’s just 100% ignored. Take the food and drink I never went to a meeting were this was not spoken about, the offerings the beer tasting like washing up liquid and all we were ever told was it’s being looked at. Guess they looked at it like a gold fish in a bowl.
If they can’t get things like that right the product on the pitch will never be right.
