theyve run from wigan to pic for as long as i can remember, baring in mind ive only really started using the train within the past 5 or 6 years. i commute to salford uni every morning and usually get the vic train but sometimes manage to get the airport train when im feeling adventurous.

I'm loving it this year, moved over from wigan to live in castlefield, i'm right next to cornbrook and just came on here to find out the best tram stop to get off. Should be an easy journey for me.

How busy do the trams get after the match? Just wondering whether it would be an idea to go for a pint and wait for it to calm down a bit before pushing on like a sardine.

Never been on a "busy" tram affter a game yet. However, I've not been on a tram after a game with Wigan and their pretty sizable away following...
