That was outline planning permission - i.e. "Yes, you can build a stadium of that specification and that kind of appearance on the site". This appears to be full planning - so the detail of what it will look like and be made of etc. We shoudl see some new renders soon. |

Just to add to this. Peel put a £400 million tender out last week for the construction of the port and the supporting infrastructure (which I would assume includes all the stadium access roads and modifications to the M60 exits).
