Kevin Pietersen has been dropped by england for sending 'dodgy' text messages to the opposition, however this makes the team significantly weaker but apparantly team morale has improved! How vital is it that everyone is best mates with each other even if it means getting rid of your best player?

From the sound of it, Huddersfield should have dropped their entire team this season and it may have improved!!!!
On a more serious note, I heard a couple of things from the Brian Noble era at Wigan, which although mrale wan't mentioned but profesionalism was. What Madge did with the same squad 12 months later would suggest profesionalism and everyone pulling in the same direction would be the best situation. Same in football, it was known that Teddy Sheringham and Andy Cole couldn't stand each other but both were instrumental in the 1998/99 season were they won the treble.
Back to the OP should KP be back in the squad? Depends on what KP wants? Is it for his ego or to win? Ego, defo dropped if he wants England to win then he should be back in the squad.
