| I'm struggling to see how Marsch turns this around after 90 minutes that sums the team up perfectly. Plenty of effort in the 1st half, and we created some decent chances. But 2nd half we looked done in. No width, hardly any movement up top, everything down the left , nobody making the killer passes around the area. The squad is better than they're playing right now. But I don't think Marsch has the tactical repertoire or knowledge to make us more effective

| That 2nd half was really poor. We need to find a way to keep Roca on for 90 minutes, he's the only midfielder we have who can progress the ball.
I doubt any other manager survives the run Marche has been on. He should go.

| The decision is now simple, replace Marsch or be relegated. He cannot get Leeds out of this mess, he doesn’t know how.

| The tactic of only going down the left side and stacking it with 3 or 4 players drives me crazy. It doesn’t work. So much space on the right side that is never used.
There’s no plan b, Marsch is out of his depth

| Marche, like Bielsa is a tactical ideologe. He only knows one way to play. As soon as Forest adjusted, we offered nothing. We're running out of winnable games. I'm not sure who they could get at this point, Corberan?

| Agree with all that`s been said here.
He has no tactical savvy and Cooper showed he has in that second half.
77% possession is no good if you are getting beat.
We seem to be giving the ball to Gnonto every time and now defenders simply put 2 players on him so he can`t cut inside.
That said Sinesterra should have scored from Gnonto`s cross.
We need 2 Wobers on the pitch one to play LB the other CH.
Not sure we get Corboran especially as West Brom are pushing up the table.
It looks like we stick with him and see who can get us out of the Championship next year.

| TBH I`m really not sure who we could get.
The top managers won`t come unless our owners invest 200 million on signings at least.
Frank at Brentford is one of the few that I wouldn`t mind.
Other than that we need to look overseas but no idea who that might be.
I`m now leaning towards JM not being good enough.
Before I felt it was that several of our players were of Championship quality.
On a positive we created enough chances 3 I reckon to have scored and win the game
2 from Sinesterra and 1 from Bamford.
2 wins against MU and wins against Everton and Southampton and I`ll be happy.

This. I cannot see how Marsch stays. I really can’t. But they have to get his replacement right and that’s not easy but something has to change. The owner and Orta need to earn their money big time now. We look like a relegation team today I’m sorry to say. I think the squad is better than that but the manager can’t get us going. That second half was woeful. Forrest were garbage and we barely threatened. Marsch doesn’t know how to adapt his tactics to any effect. The subs didn’t work at all Mckennie apart. Rutter got no service. Struijk is woeful.
Was surprised how poor Bamford played he was looking good in his last few games. Sinesterra looked really rusty too. What a bloody sitter he missed. We rely too much on Gnonto and there’s no goal threat from midfield at all, nobody from there gets into dangerous areas, I think that’s the managers tactics. Mckennie showed glimpses, we need him and Rutter to settle quickly. Rodrigo missing is huge.

| Once again we look to buy players for the future when we are in a scrap at the bottom with possibly only McKennie the only half decent signing.
Bamford was not good enough before his injuries, Harrison is playing like he doesn`t want to be here, Gnonto is decent but he doesn`t have good enough players around him to make him effective.
Sinesterra and Summerville again show glimpses but they are not relegation scrappers.
Aaornsen not good enough and Struijk has lost any confidence he had.
Firpo and Cooper not solid enough and a manager who talks a good game.
We are without doubt a bottom 3 team and need others to implode otherwise we go down imo.

| The squad is easily better or on par with 6 or 7 teams at least. Theres not much between so many teams in the league. However, the manager, sadly isn't. I'm not even sure that many championship teams would take him. He seems a good motivator and man manager, but tactically, he's poor, and can't adjust to what the opposition does, and he can't seem to get the team to be greater than the sum of their parts, which is what the good coaches do.
18 games to go, 7 of them against the big 6. At least 5 or 6 wins plus a few draws needed. It is looking bleak, but I'm sure lots of fans of clubs around us feel the same way
