Shareholders Meeting : Mon Sep 16, 2024 6:16 pm
Will anyone be sharing info from the Shareholders meeting this evening?

Also, can people still buy in?

We need to know what food they are providing tonight for free.

I can tell you it was either pie, chips and peas or a curry with rice and Naan.
Plus some nice dessert options

I had the pie. It was excellent.

But the rest they asked us not to share.

What I can say is that Matt showed they do have someone specifically working on IMG score (as I questioned that in the past)

And the future with Ellis looks very secure. He is full of ideas for improving the club further.

They took us into the changing rooms and rehab rooms. Very impressive.

Not a curry fan so it would have been pie for me.

He said he has various plans for both West and North but he needs to assess them against IMG and crowds we'll get in SL.
He is definitely not a guy who sits still.

There are still a few little things they'll do before end of year and they are doing a lot of the touching up like painting and stuff like that.

What about the south east that was supposed to be a restaraunt and sports bar with terrace starting in the off season? Or has the south east corner work been parked.

I'd heard that the this had been signed off, and that works were commencing at the end of the season.

On another note, it would look like Andy Davies and TC were doing their match day video from east stand. Only noticed this at the weekend, could things be moving on the west side

They are making some changes to where they normally stand. I don't think that's a permanent move.

He didn't say anything about the Rollin Shack apart from it being useful space.
I didn't get the impression that they were planning anything as a priority but maybe so.

I guess that kind of leaves the gym facilities for players which he highlighted a few weeks ago. Very interested to see how he solves this. I think someone said he was seeking help or support from the council with this.
