After the misery of the majority of last season, bring on the big wins I say!

Yes we said there wasn’t quite the same excitement at games compared to our years of struggling in the top flight.

But let’s hope we continue in same vein and also improve our performances.

Think the big thing yesterday was hew much strength in depth we have.

Lacking mcgilvarry Pratt hood boothroyd atoni and Pitt’s all of whom would have started plus shaw and Bain who could be starting he’ll of a performance

It’s a different feeling but very enjoyable

It is to be expected that there will be 'easy' games this season because we're a full time squad with genuine quality - enjoy it because with respect York and Doncaster are two of the easier teams we'll play!
Widnes, Halifax, and Bradford away will be entirely different affairs.
As for Bain- I keep forgetting about him - is he a forward? Genuinely forgotten and did he get injured here?

The golden point loss game at Leigh last season is a good example.

Bain is a prop/Loose. He said a couple weeks ago he only had a few boxes to tick but was full training. Hopefully there’s not been a delay. Suppose club don’t need to rush him.

Thanks for that

I must be in the minority. This season is much more fun. Arriving at a ground, home or away and trying to guess if we will score 40 or 50 is much better than going to a game, wondering how many we will lose by, looking at the results of other teams hoping they lose so we don't fall to the bottom.

On one of the other points, it is making the away games much more enjoyable. Travelling to Wigan hoping whoever is on their wing doesn't score "yet another hatrick" to, let's sit on the righthand side to watch our winger scoring yet another hatrick!

Long post, but in short, this season is fun fun fun!

Agree 100% with this. To go from feeling totally deflated and leaving early because we couldn't stand to watch anymore to feeling confident of a good performance and win is long overdue. Long may it continue

Even though we hammered York and Doncaster they actually made it difficult for us in places. I think York kept us out until 20 mins into the second half yesterday.

Give me these scores over consecutive nillings that we got last year.
