Water under the bridge. The club management are not stupid and if the reason he pulled out last time was not genuine, then I don't think we'd have touched him. Well done to the management! He's quality, and the utility player we all wanted. He's committed for 2 years so, another clean slate for me, I'm just pleased we got him!
I don't know what happened, why don't you tell me and then I can decide whether to change my opinion?
I pretty much have, but if it helps, family issues without getting too personal, we all have them.
He doesn't have to justify his decision anymore than Miller does going to Cas or any of the players who turn other clubs down to join us. The deal at the time just fell through and we were compensated. He isn't the first and won't be the last person on this planet to make a decision in good faith only to quickly realise he's made the wrong one, have you never done that?
We have signed a classy player who can cover a multitude of positions, that's good enough for me.

That's fair enough, and I'm happy to change my opinion when I have more details.
I agree he's a very good player. I think his signing finishes the backs off for now, but I still think there'll be an opportunity for Shaul to return as the season goes on.
Personally I'm a bit peeved with Miller going to cas, but I think we have a better all round player in Langi, and if what I hear about last seasons transfer is true all of us would have done the same.

Certainly more versatile.
I'd say that's the recruitment done for now, leave a bit in reserve, no point covering injuries we don't yet have.
Someone said you can't have to many props, but in truth you can if none of your props get injured but all your hookers do. I think any coach will keep a bit aside for that eventuality. If we need another prop come July then we will get one, but if we don't, money in the bank.

Purely out of interest and nothing else, would it have been less annoying had Miller gone to say Saints or some other club barring Cas?, because I'm not happy he went there.

For me it was worse that he went to Cas.
But the more realistic part of me says he has to go where the offer is.
