Ok final word on this thread, strange logic? What about giving a guy over 30 a hefty (allegedly) 3 year deal, then loaning him out to a championship club, signing an ex RU winger with virtually no RL experience, who did ok, not signing him, then bringing back the guy who you loaned out...... :?

So in your world there are no errors? Some signings just don't come off and nobody complained at the time. He could still prove to be ok.

I'm still baffled by your logic. We didn't bring Lineham back, he NEVER left! The reason we have had to keep him is because he has a contract which is binding, end of, there is nothing we can do about that, unless someone else wants him or he does something we can sack him for.

We don't have a contract with Evans, it's that simple, so why add him to the roster in a position we have well covered! As for the age, you can't be serious. Lineham was 28 when we signed him, your making out we signed him yesterday, you're just twisting things here, he wasn't over 30 at the time. Evans had we signed him would have have been 33 at the start of his first season! No comparison.

Lineham had been a top winger for a long time when we signed him . If he is dedicated to the cause and recaptures form we should be delighted . Like having a new signing . We shall see .

Not really true that.

He had a few belting seasons at Hull, got picked up by Wire on big money and pretty much declined season on season whilst he was there.

His last couple of seasons at Wire he was poor.

Once more. If you want to post about other players, open another thread.

I'll start taking them down from now on.

Welcome to the club Renouf.

Big unit, and just coming to the peak of his career.

Maybe one more, especially with the news today on Shaw, and we look to have quite a strong pack, and squad in general

Just returned home from the Supporters Christmas lunch, JM gave a short talk and apologised for MC not being there, apparently he was just returning from the Airport having met one of the new signings, I think he mentioned Atori,
