Yes, looks even better close up, I’d taken some photos myself Friday lunchtime while at the stadium, don’t know how to transfer onto here.

Yes it is. It’s rented by the month so we don’t need it now.

They went originally going to keep the seats once the east stand was ready. But depending on cost it might stay in a truncated form as perhaps some kind of family friendly zone with the the bar changed to a family room with coffee Barr and kids stuff. Just an idea not set in stone. There are plenty of ideas as to how to use the old club house and flats but again I think I’m ok in saying that at some point the club will ask the fans for further suggestions. When that will be I don’t know.

People have to accept that it will all take time. Apart from running a RL team we need to get the East and North stand up and running first. Then we can do other smaller or more cosmetic stuff. When the main stand opens it won’t all be spot on, it will take a while to get it fully sorted.

So I’d suggest that all the other things will probably take place in the off season 2023 - 2024.

Hope that helps.

Just out of curiosity and I’m asking as you may have the answer. I
was looking over the drawing/plans in detail again on the planning portal.

The south east refurbishment which includes the 2 floor gym/locker room/classroom/shower rooms/Cafe etc. Will these works be completed in the off season this year? Also, will trinity themselves be able to benefit from the gym or will it be exclusive to community use?

I ask this because looking at the plans I think it will drag us forward from a player training facility perspective and I’m sure it will add to a more inviting and professional looking set up for current players/staff and prospective new signings.

Would be great if this was ready for the pre season or season start.

The community hub work will be done when the east stand is fully up and running as need to use the changing rooms etc currently in there till east finished. So at a guess the community hub will be fully completed in off season 2023. Purely guessing but the plans for the gym don’t seem set in stone for me and yet to be fully finalised but if it does become a gym would have to think will be classes/time slot based rather than a turn up and train gym if it’s open to the public or can’t see how it will work with players etc training in there aswell as general public all together

You can now select your seat in the new East Stand if you are a seating season ticket holder.

Went down this afternoon to the shop and we were about the 10th to choose and picked nice seats at the end of a row, near enough on the centre line. An upgrade from previous, when we were sat facing the 20m line at the North stand end.

I plan to get my first seating season ticket in many years for the 2024 season when the east stand is ready for a full season. I do hope it’s done on a first come first serve basis for 2024.

Prefer to stand but I may buy a seated ticket or try the hospitality for the odd match when the stand is open.

They usually give existing seat holders first chance of their seats. Then about a month or so later it's open for everyone else.

I go to every home game and a fair few away games and pay on the gate. Used to get a ST years ago but I will be moving to the new stand with a ST for 2024. Will buy early when they’re released to get a good seat and get the pick of where I want.

I think if we can fill the 2500 stand it will be a huge boost for the club, the players and the fans.
