Somebody on RWB reckons Smith angling for a move to Leeds to be with his brother. That would be disappointing. He could go all the way.

Tbf, I knew that he'd covered both of those positions but, havent seen that much of him playing there.

I see that Gareth Ellis is leaving his coaching role at Hull and is unfortunately looking to pursue interests outside of rugby.He was respected as a player both in the UK and Australia and it would have been great if he had "come home" to Trinity to take up his first appointment as Head Coach.Linking with the new owners to form Team Ellis (don't know if he is related) and given a realistic budget to create a team of his own.It would certainly have boosted next seasons sale of season tickets.Unfortunately it seems an unlikely possibility unless someone can have a quiet word !
