Just about to post this. Free's up a quota space?

One of the best imports we have ever signed. Lets hope we can send him out with another Grand Final win.

No he had exemption from the quota.

As a player you could not ask for more from him, has to go down as one of our best ever overseas signings and it’s fantastic news he goes into the coaching set up so all that experience isn’t lost.

Thanks for all the memories, hopefully 1 or 2 more to come.

Definitely deserving of the title club legend.

If any proof was needed that Job's for the boys is alive and well

I guess Lee Briers was a one off

I guess the injuries this season have convinced him it’s time and with the opening on the coaching staff via Briers exit, it seems the time is right. What a player he’s been for us. I don’t think we’ll see many like him again with the rules changing regards tackling and that’s a real shame.

The timing feels right on this, Harry Smith has proved this year that he is ready to take on the mantle

Thanks for the memories tommy, definite club legend!

Ahhhh ok, thought he did for some reason

Agree with what you say though, excellent player for Wigan and hopefully will be a valuable addition to the coaching team

One tough player and the hardest hitting halfback I can remember.

Congrats on a great career - I was there in Brisbane the night he won the world cup - great times!
