It’s not a bad position to be in if you were Warrington. Quota spot to play with and McGuire still to come into the side.

I wouldn’t mind us freeing up a quota spot to get in Tanginoa. I think he’s injured atm but it may give us the time to get a player shifted make an offer. He punches holes in defences and can play back row

Talk of the Eels looking for a game breaking full back and moving Gutherson into the centres.

Both our fullbacks have parramatta ties so hopefully they stay clear.

Jayden Campbell and Jack Welsby have been mentioned by journos.

I’m not sure about Tanginoa.

His first season he was outstanding going forward on the right edge as a secondrow.

He then started to get shifted to Prop and his impact was significantly reduced, as was perhaps his interest.

2 areas I worry about with him are his size, I think we need a bit of size in the back row, he doesn’t really have that, and also his mobility/attitude in regard defence. I think he lacks in that department.

We need 2 secondrows I feel going into 2024 to replace Isa and KPP so he may compliment our pack as a strike option if we bring in a big lad capable of doing big minutes.

He has a player who has declined every year he has been over here in my opinion. If we could get him back to season 1 form he would be an asset, but I’m not confident even with a change of scenery he can get back to those levels.

Would be a waste of his talents, he played centre in SOO and did not have the same impact as he does at fullback

What a player. He’d literally be the perfect compliment to Smith in the halves too.

Maybe in 10 years or if he has a scandal in aus

Patching holes, someone mentioned King played back row for Warrington. With Thornley being fit now he could fill in at Centre. Only issue is they are both slow and suspect in defence however I do think Thornley can do a job but for how long before retirement/injury. King again suspect in defence at times but can make the metres
