That is very true in which case subject to costs, the Stoop wins hands down for me. Have already peaked the interest of a couple of lapsed Quins RU/Broncos fans. But wherever we play, we know that the club are perfectly incapable of marketing it properly.

For me the key part of the equation isn’t where the game is played but the opposition. A trip to the outskirts of west London to see this squad taking a pasting from Saints is one I’m going to forego. Hopefully next press release relates to strengthening of the squad.

No Press Release by London, but I can confirm a squad update. Reiss Butterworth has been named in this weekends 21 for Huddersfield in their Challenge Cup Quarter Final this weekend.

You do have to say that the RL lone system of signing players for a game here or a game there is quite pathetic. If you want to sign a player on lone it should be for a minimum of one month at the very least.

We left the stoop in 2013 because it was too expensive at between £200,000 and £215,000 a year for 13 games.
10 years later....let's be generous here, we've got to be looking at £25,000 minimum to hire the ground before the cost of stewarding, police, bar staff.....and you can be sure that the gold lounge "profits" will be being swallowed by Quins.....all in all, a bit of an embarrassment for Hughes having to return to The Stoop AGAIN because of bad management decisions.
I'd hazzard a guess that the first 3,000 full price paying fans might just cover costs.......

Broncos have confirmed the Reiss Butterworth has left and been replaced by Catalans Hooker Ugo Tison.

Here’s hoping he’s a good addition. Wikipedia shows him as having played 4 SL games so not really addressing our need for SL tested players but you never know.
