Sponsorship is either about vanity or promotion. I doubt there's been a shirt sponsor in my 22 years who's been the latter......but it speaks volumes that we've run out of supporters who.own firms that they can stick on the shirt to make themselves feel like Branson. I'd like us to do a contract with Metro or the Standard.....give them a stand on match day in return for the shirt....at least try to fill the place.
Regarding the East Stand, Bongser has only viewed one match from LSV's East Stand and, whenever the ball was kicked higher than the level of the West Stand (at least for Bongser's eyeline from near touch), he lost said ball in the sun and, even when it had descended, was still sun-blind for several seconds. For him the match is the main matchday experience.
If you are sitting in the East, especially for Spring or Autumn matches, sit as high up the stand as you can!

Sage advice Bongser but the one positive with Plough Lane is if you don’t like the seat you have selected there are over 7000 others to choose from.
Did you know we are playing two games at Ebbs fleet again? One of them is TO so I’ve dodged a bullet there but it means we won’t play at home between May 13 and July 30.This isn’t a one off because x y or z unexpected event happened but appears to be hard baked into the agreement we have with The Dons. It’s absolutely crazy. It really is no way to build momentum. It’s basically splitting the season in two. Last season it didn’t seem to impact on us indeed as Eccles took over our results and performances went up but crowd building wise it makes no sense. We’re we on glue when we signed off on this move?

I didn't see this indicated when the club were pushing memberships.
Cant remember to be honest but it’s not great is it 5 home games between start of season and end of July - assuming the trains aren’t still be on strike and one can face turning up to see the hiding Fev will probably hand out. Basically every football off season we can’t use the ground. Balls!
