In any event he’s got the Skolars shirts out tout suite and they look good so we’ll, have to see what ours look like. IMHO I wouldn’t go for a completely blank/white back as it looks like the shirt is only half done.

The Skolars (I assume) training top with diagonal design looked really good.

First step in Skolars supplanting Broncos as top team in London. Any wake up call for Broncos management Team is gratefully received. We really do need to plan better (or at all). Fairly hopeful that if we can stay injury free this will be an improved season ( very difficult to be worse) but our decision making.....

no way we will stay injury free. Just not happening in RL,

Not sure our management team have twigged that otherwise surely we’d have a few in reserve. On the plus side looks like we have a decent enough 13+ a couple of interchanges for first game at least and what more can we ask it’s only been 4 months since last season ended.

Here we are then one week to go. A plethora of signing announcements from Skolars us less so. I’m working on the basis a club wouldn’t announce its sponsors and shirt in the week running up to the first game. Logic suggests all focus would be on that so, incredible as it seems, we appear not to have got our ducks in a row in the off season which is pretty concerning. Hopefully a decent performance and crowd will let a little positivity in.

We could play a duck on the wing BT but would rather have a goose as they are at least a bit more aggressive.

2018 we declared a astonishingly rounded gate of 1,200 for the home game v Batley at Trailfinders, 2022 we declared a nice rounded 750 for their visit to the Cherry Red.
Hughes masterstroke of pi55ing off the remaining fans whilst dragging the few faithful south of the creek to the @r53hol3 of Merton is there for everyone to see......alas, everyone will be a sub 1,000 gate for the season opener, including freebies, box winners and maybe 300 club members who've been sold a lemon.

I am amazed I still care, but I think it's more a case of me being totally in awe of his ineptitude that keeps me checking for scores, updates etc....I doubt I'd bother if I were in London but down here, it's akin to train spotting watching how badly the club is run. Once the Aussie cowboys who have taken over the Skolars manage to stagger past the Broncos, maybe then Hughes will realise what an utter shambles he's made of the club, but unlike our landlords, there will be no phoenix to rise from the ashes by the time he walks.
Thank Christ the Vodafone/One Warriors are relatively normal by comparison. 8)

New PNG player has been announced. Presume will be available for 2nd or 3rd game. Promising.

Late but handy signing. As everybody appears fit currently his late arrival shouldn't be an issue. Was an Interchange in the opening World Cup match and starting Second Row (a position of need) v Wales. Don't believe he played in the middle Group match nor Quarter Final. Looking at some of the other Championship line-ups we aren't as many players short as I thought. Problem is I have no idea of the quality of most of those players on the other teams. Calum Gahan was okay last year, but I'm a bit surprised he's part of a very small Toulouse squad.

Are TO full time?
If so might have had some bearing on Gahan signing for them.
