A new low? : Sat Sep 14, 2024 8:02 pm
How far have we fallen? I'd like some acceptance and explanation for the decline of our club over the last 3 years. There are experienced players who should hang their heads after tonight's performance. Hopeless in attack and desperately poor in defence. Was Robbo responsible for attack under Watson?

Not worthy of being in Super League as a club, and those people who say the inappropriately named “giants” don’t bring anything to SL are right.
There is a lot of work needed to bring the club up to scratch off the field as well as on it and given the last few years it doesn’t look like the current leaders behind the scenes are capable or indeed have the will to do it.
They need to wake up and count the empty seats and realise that once lost support is very hard to get back.
Would be good to hear from the club publicly about plans for their own ground as there are whispers and rumours but nothing from the club.
Good results on the field will help but the club needs to work hard to galvanise support in bigger numbers

Message to Mr Davy. pull the plug and walk away, you have done what you can, It's just going to be more of the same, much as i liked Robbo as a player he is no Nathan brown, We don't have the quality of players when injuries start to come, Watson loaded us up with second string players, and our first string seem to be made out of biscuits so i don't see Robbo as having any chance, He is once again the cheap option , the management at that club just never learn , they will be expecting Burgess to transform us into a great side insetad of spending the money on a decent coach, better to call it a day now before we become any more of a joke , and why anyone would want to invest in a new stadium i don't know , It would make no difference to the way they play at all.
anyway none of it matters to me anymore , I've packed it in and if KD did the same i wouldn't blame him.
