I find it really amusing after a defeat the amount of people browsing this forum. So many bitter fans from other teams that we soundly beat. So long as it gives them comfort

Congrats on winning the "top for 6 days mid season" trophy.

Bateman was awesome (not). Has the HJ become the new home for overpaid NRL failures?

From the team that signed Luke Thompson & the fat Burgess brother

No shame in losing to a good side playing well. Highlighted areas we need to work on and was a reminder, if needed, that we are not the finished article.

They call us "never weres" and "bridesmades" and all other such terms, yet the same club they deride as inconsequential is existing in their head to such an extent they need to come on to our forum and vent their bile when we lose.

Absolutely this.

Beaten by a better team on the day, no need to self flagellate, regroup learn our lessons and move on

The only visitors not crowing (unless I've missed something) Hull KR fans.

Anybody know who the white dog supports? 681 posts in 11 years, I've never seen them before

Exactly, whilst every loss is disappointing, no need to overreact.

This season is already markedly better than most of us were expecting, and certainly better than we have endured for many years. We have another 2 years of Burgess who is proving to be an excellent young coach.
